- photos and documentation existing furniture/ decor that may remain will be taken
- dimensions of the space will be taken so we can hit the ground running with design shortly after our visit
- your inspiration images and personal style will be discussed
- you’ll learn more about the design process and what to expect

Schematic Drawings
Custom Layouts Designed for You
Following the initial consultation, we create dimensioned plans and elevations to ensure that your functional needs are customized to fit your unique space. This first pass is purposely sketchy because these drawings will serve as a basis for a conversation about what layout makes the most sense. At this stage, you will:
- review multiple furniture layouts and furniture sizes based on your needs
- discuss pros and cons of each layout
- receive a finalized floor plan for the space
Research & Moodboards
Visualize Your New Design Direction
Once you select the finalized floor plan, we begin product research and create moodboards to help you visualize your space coming to life. In this phase you will:
- review multiple moodboards that explore the options for new design directions including new furniture, decor, color palettes, paint/ trim design, etc.
- be provided links to all newly recommended items
- receive a finalized moodboard
